2009 Ancillary Educational Symposia Guidelines and Application

Non-Continuing Education Conference Activities
Non-Continuing Education (CE) Conference Activities are available to provide an opportunity for nurse practitioners (NPs) to gain information on specific products and/or therapeutic areas provided by company-designated presenters during the NAPNAP Annual Conference. NPs can learn to incorporate these products into their practices in the most appropriate way. The material presented in these activities may be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or drug. Exhibitor Housing

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations at the Town & Country Resort. To receive the conference rate, you must make your reservations by either calling 800-77-ATLAS between the hours of 9:30 am and 10:00 pm EST (refer to NAPNAP) or online directly  at: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_gi_new&groupID=138821.  Reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Reservations made after this date will be subject to space and rate availability.

If Ten (10) or More Sleeping Rooms are Needed - Exhibiting firms that require a block of ten (10) or more sleeping rooms must e-mail their request to Bengt Samuelsson, Convention Services Manager, at the Town & Country Resort:

 The request must include a contact name, phone number, e-mail address, and how many rooms per dateare being requested. Once the request is received, Mr. Samuelsson will contact you for credit card information and to review appropriate policies with you.  All names of company representatives and a deposit for the first night's stay must be provided to Mr. Samuelsson by February 9, 2009 or your rooms will be released back into the general NAPNAP room block.

Reservation for function space

If you would like to reserve function space, requests for this space must be made by completing the Functional Space Request Form. All requests must be made in writing.
