Member FAQ Q: Does NAPNAP Have A Toll-Free Phone Number? A: Yes! Call NAPNAP's National Office toll-free at 877/662-7627 (877-6-NAPNAP) Q: Why haven't I received my journal? A: NAPNAP members receive the Journal of Pediatric Health Care, published by Elsevier, as a membership benefit. A subscription is ordered once NAPNAP processes your membership. Your subscription should begin just a few weeks later, depending on the publication date of the next issue. If you're experiencing a delay, please contact the National Office. Q: Do I need to contact the national office to change my address? A: You can update your member profile whenever you'd like online. Simply log-in and select My Profile from the Quick Links menu. Of course, you're always welcome to notify us of your change of address and we can update your record for you. Please send an e-mail to ldevault@napnap.org. Include your full name, old address, new address, new phone, and e-mail address.
